I have been a member of SGNA for over 10 years and have attended annual conferences for 6 of those, including one where I presented a poster on gut bacteria and its implications for weight loss. I have attended multiple local conferences in Georgia where I spent much of my career and most recently attended the fall MSGNA conference in Traverse City, MI. I briefly served as Director at Large for the Georgia Chapter of SGNA until the pandemic brought meetings to a halt and I subsequently moved to Michigan.
