With over 30 years of nursing experience, I joined the GI community in 2012 and quickly developed a passion for education and professional involvement. After attending my first conference, I was encouraged to take on a greater role, leading me to join the board and further pursue leadership opportunities. I earned my CGRN certification in 2018 and have remained actively engaged ever since. Being part of this organization has provided meaningful opportunities for learning, networking and connection. I encourage others to take the next step and get invovled. its truly a rewarding experience.

My name is Jennifer Passow. I have been an endoscopy nurse for 13 years and a member of SGNA for 10. I have been to one national conference and several regional conferences since joining SGNA. I joined the Board 2 years ago and have enjoyed working with GI nurses from all over Michigan planning our conferences and attending events. I work at Memorial Healthcare in my hometown of Owosso.

Hi my name is Bethany Lawrence, current secretary of MSGNA since February 2024. My qualifications for this nomination include being an endoscopy nurse for the past five years and serving as the current MSGNA secretary since February 2024. I am currently in the Infection Prevention Champion Program through SGNA and have been active in planning the Spring Virtual Conference and the 2024 Fall Conference. I am a great match for this position because I am very punctual and complete my responsibilities in a timely manner.
